Dear Pass Holder,

In the event of an emergency on the courses please follow these steps:

1. The first person on the scene must notify Main Reception on 01372 229276. The receptionist will then contact the first aider on duty, as well as the Duty Manager. Emergency services should be contacted according to the severity of the emergency.

2. If a golfer is injured, the person who was first on the scene should stay with the individual until the first aider arrives.

3. First aid should only be performed if the appropriate training has been given and it is safe to do so.

4. Always make sure the Incident / Accident has been recorded in the accident book, situated at Main Reception.

5. Golf becomes a second priority if there is an emergency on the course.

We recommend you put the Main Reception number into your phone in case of an emergency.
