Junior Golf

Woodcote Juniors can play golf on the Coronation course as a benefit of the Woodcote Junior membership. Woodcote Juniors do not need to be accompanied by an adult if they are 10 years or older and have been assessed by one of the Club Golf Professionals as having the correct standard of play and understanding of rules and manners on the course. All Woodcote Juniors may play on the Coronation course if they play with a member who knows the rules of golf and acceptable behaviour.

The Golf Professionals will offer Woodcote Junior golf coaching programmes, so Woodcote Juniors are able to improve their golf skills and knowledge enabling them to pass the assessment.

Junior Pass Holders

When signing up to become a Junior Pass Holder the member will be made aware that contact details will be available to other golf Pass Holders on the golf website, this will make arranging matches and knockouts much easier.

Junior Golf Pass Holders will have the same rights to play on both courses as all Golf Pass Holders.

To play in all Junior, and appropriate Ladies and Men's competitions and matches, Junior Golf Pass Holders must have a handicap with a CDH number.

Junior Pass Holders will be informed that all competitions and matches are in the golf diary and on the Club website under Intelligent Golf. Junior Pass Holders must make sure the entry requirements are met before signing up to a competition. A Junior Golf Pass Holder with an inactive handicap will not be able to win any prize in a club competition. To withdraw from a competition, Golf Reception must be notified at: golf.reception@royalautomobileclub.co.uk or telephone: 01372 229243.

Junior Golf Pass Holders may introduce guests aged 10 years or over with payment of the appropriate green fee as a benefit of being a Pass Holder.
